SideDrawer’s new Unstructured Drawer type graduates from beta to GA, delivering a classic folder-and-sub-folder experience while preserving SideDrawer’s security and audit trail.
Available to every tenant, no feature-flag needed – “Unstructured” now appears as a standard option in Console → Create SideDrawer, so advisors can switch from the prescribed tile layout to a folders-and-sub-folders model whenever a client requires extra flexibility.
Workflow-ready deliveries – Info Requests and Content Packages automatically drop uploaded files into the top layer of the Main tile, preserving existing back-office processes while giving clients the folder view they prefer.
Admin toggle for nested folders – a new switch in Settings → Affiliates → Manage Client UX lets operations or IT decide whether end-users can create deeper sub-folders (Sub-Records) inside the Main tile.
Full-table server-side sorting on every Manage Info Requests column – sub-second loads even for 50 k+ rows.
Plan-Name sort & filter – ops teams can group requests by investment strategy or model.
Stabilized endpoint stability – PUT /mostAgree no longer throws the occasional 409 Conflict; concurrent requests are now processed idempotently, so integrations won’t need special retry logic.
Mapped external-IDs – attach an immutable key from your CRM or portfolio system to any drawer, making downstream reconciliations (“which vault is CRM #123?”) effortless.
Smart Forms now have greater integrations into other features throughout the Digital Vault system.
What changed | Why it matters to you |
---|---|
Auto-clean-up of scheduled Reminders – if an advisor deletes a Smart-Form request, its Reminders vanish automatically. | Removes “ghost” reminder e-mails that confused clients. |
Instant completion Notifications – advisors and operations receive a real-time alert the moment a form is finished. | Speeds up post-submission follow-ups (e.g., fund-purchase processing). |
Tenant-level Reminder API (/tenants/{id}/reminders ) |
Lets IT or RPA robots program any cadence (weekly nudges, fiscal‐year deadlines, etc.). |
We have invested in developing the permissions around user consent, tracking and auditability of which specific agreements an individual user has agreed to as they use their Digital Vault.
Version-stamped consents – every click captures brandCode, agreement version and an ISO-timestamp. Perfect for SOC 2 or regulatory audits.
New “available-agreements” response – returns only the contracts relevant to the logged-in user’s brand and locale, reducing noise for investors.
Generate-&-store PDF toggle – POSTing a new agreement can auto-produce a tamper-proof PDF and attach it to the client’s drawer.
List endpoint (/agreements?consent=true
) – retrieve signed artefacts instantly for e-discovery or client service requests.
Developers and IT teams can use the SideDrawer API Service to benefit from these new webhook events.
