Welcome to the SideDrawer AI Assistant (“Assistant”). This tool is designed to provide quick, general guidance about SideDrawer’s platform, features, and resources. It uses SideDrawer’s public materials (e.g., website, help docs) and other approved sources to answer questions inside our app or website. The Assistant is powered by large language models (“LLMs”) provided via Userflow’s AI Assistant.

Important: The Assistant is in beta and may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Always verify answers using the linked sources or by visiting sidedrawer.com.

Disclaimer: Third-Party AI Chat Services

Our Services may provide access to, or integration with, third-party AI chat services. Please be aware of the following:

• No Control Over Content: We do not control, monitor, or review the information you choose to submit to such third-party AI chat services. Any data you enter is transmitted directly to and processed by the third-party provider, not by SideDrawer.

• Responsibility for Data: You are solely responsible for the content you share with third-party AI chat services. Do not enter personal, sensitive, or confidential information unless you are comfortable with the third-party provider’s handling of such data.

• Third-Party Terms: Your use of third-party AI chat services is subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers. We encourage you to review their policies before using such services.

• No Warranty or Liability: We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of responses generated by third-party AI chat services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your use of, or reliance upon, such services.

• User Acknowledgment: By using third-party AI chat services through our platform, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of any information submitted to or generated by those services.

This chat is powered by a third-party AI service, not by us. Anything you type will go directly to that provider, and we don’t control or monitor it.

What the Assistant Can and Cannot Do

• Intended use: Help you navigate SideDrawer’s features, documentation, and resources, and point you to relevant pages for deeper detail.

• Not professional advice: Responses are not legal, compliance, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Assistant for decisions that require professional judgment.

• Scope limits: The Assistant is trained on SideDrawer-selected sources and may not reflect product changes immediately. It can’t access your private vault contents or accounts unless explicitly enabled per your SideDrawer agreement.

Privacy and Data Handling

• Do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information with the Assistant. Userflow’s Terms prohibit using the AI Assistant to collect, store, process, or transmit sensitive personal information.

• Conversations may be reviewed by the third-party provider to improve quality and safety.

• The Assistant uses Userflow’s services and OpenAI as its LLM provider. Both are third-party providers and process data consistent with their terms and privacy policies.

Security

• SideDrawer applies security controls appropriate for operating the Assistant and our platform. However, you are responsible for using the Assistant safely:

  • Don’t share passwords, MFA codes, or vault contents.

  • Don’t request actions that would violate law, infringe IP, or breach contracts.

  • Report suspected abuse or security concerns using the contact information below.

Language and Accessibility

• The Assistant may respond in multiple languages. Because responses can involve on-the-fly translation by the underlying model, verify translations—especially acronyms, regulatory terms, and jurisdiction-specific phrases.

• If you require accessible alternatives or encounter issues, contact us and we’ll help.

Feedback

• You may see options to rate or comment on answers. Feedback helps us improve the Assistant’s relevance and safety. Please exclude personal or sensitive information from feedback.

Changes and Availability

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Assistant at any time. Functionality, accuracy, and availability are provided “as is” and “as available.” Use is at your own risk.
