Clients can be set as viewer-only with no delete permissions. Compliance records are immutably logged — even if a document is deleted, the audit trail entry and metadata remain. Every action carries a timestamp and user attribution. Your obligation to maintain a complete record of client interactions is architecturally protected, not just contractually promised.
