Give Advisors a productivity boost and real value to their clients.
SideDrawer embeds a white-label vault directly in your Salesforce (or other CRM) environment, so every document interaction is captured where your advisors already work.

Deployed at Canadian bank wealth divisions and wealth management firms
The Compliance Gap
Secure email satisfies IT. It doesn’t satisfy compliance or security and clients are fed up with the experience.
Document exchange that lives outside your audit perimeter
Every file sent over secure email exits your controlled environment the moment it’s delivered. There’s no record of whether it was opened, forwarded, or printed. When a regulatory review arrives, your compliance team is reconstructing history from inbox searches.
Salesforce records that don’t reflect advisor-client activity
Advisors work in Salesforce. But the document requests, signed forms, and estate coordination happen outside it — in email threads, shared drives, and portal workarounds. The CRM record is incomplete by design.
Prospect onboarding that creates compliance exposure before the relationship begins
KYC and prospect document collection run over email or unsecured links. New client onboarding creates the same compliance gaps you’ve spent years eliminating from existing relationships.
Vault-in-Salesforce Architecture
Every client document interaction captured inside the systems your advisors and compliance teams already use.
-
Salesforce Lightning Web Component Full vault access from the CRM client record; document requests initiated from Salesforce, status visible in Salesforce
-
White-label client portal Operates under your bank’s brand; clients see no third-party branding
-
SSO via Azure Entra or Okta No separate login infrastructure; advisors and clients authenticate through your existing identity stack
-
RBAC per relationship Lawyers, accountants, and referral partners added with scoped access; nothing goes over email
-
Full audit trail Every upload, download, form completion, and e-signature ceremony logged with timestamp and user attribution; accessible via API or compliance report
-
ECM integration (FileNet, OpenText, SharePoint) Signed documents route to your system of record automatically; copy-and-purge and folder sync patterns supported
-
Prospect vault workflow Prospects receive a structured document request with one-time authentication; no account required to upload; completion tracked on advisor dashboard
-
Multi-party estate coordination Estate lawyers and accountants added as collaborators; all activity logged; audit trail available for estate settlement
“The SideDrawer solution is exceptionally unique, as we can streamline our new client intake process, digitally deliver a variety of statements from multiple sources, incorporate the referring advisor as a collaborator to those statements, all with a modern interface that’s very inviting for anyone to use.”Dale Hawthorn — BCV Asset Management
Built for Bank Wealth Divisions
The compliance architecture your advisors need without the workflow disruption they can’t absorb.
Salesforce-native vault
The vault lives inside your CRM. Advisors never leave their existing environment. Document requests, status, and activity all surface in the Salesforce client record.
Compliance-ready by design
Immutable audit trail on every interaction. Signed documents route to ECM automatically. Compliance teams get a complete chain of custody without a separate archival workflow.
White-label client experience
Your brand, your domain, your identity infrastructure. Clients see their bank’s portal. SideDrawer is invisible.
Prospect-to-client continuity
The same vault that captures prospect KYC documents becomes the client’s relationship vault. No re-collection, no migration, no workflow gap at conversion.
What Procurement & Security Will Ask
The questions your enterprise evaluation team will raise. Answered before the meeting.
Does client data stay isolated from other bank clients?
Architecturally guaranteed. Dedicated Azure or AWS tenant per enterprise client. No metadata cross-contamination between clients. This is a structural guarantee — not a contractual commitment. (Applies to Enterprise PaaS tier.)
Does it integrate with our existing Salesforce environment?
Native Lightning Web Component. Vault activity surfaces in CRM client records. Form responses populate CRM fields. Bidirectional sync. The integration deploys via managed package — no custom development required from your Salesforce team.
How does it connect to our ECM (FileNet, OpenText, SharePoint)?
Two-way ECM integration: SideDrawer reads from and writes back to FileNet, OpenText ECM, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Copy-and-purge, folder sync, and manifest-based delivery patterns all supported.
Do you support SSO and MFA through our identity provider?
Yes. SAML/OIDC. Okta, Azure Entra, or any OIDC/SAML provider. MFA configurable per enterprise security policy. Keycloak auth engine is fully dedicated and sits within client tenant on Enterprise PaaS.
What does your security certification posture look like?
SOC 2 Type II + SOC 1 certified. AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. Rregional data residency determined by the client.
What deployment model do you support for a Tier-1 institution?
Three tiers: SaaS (shared infrastructure), Enterprise SaaS (dedicated Azure Blob/SharePoint within your tenant), and Enterprise PaaS (fully dedicated multi-cloud environment, client-held keys, all PII in your tenant exclusively). Most Tier-1 bank deployments use Enterprise PaaS.
