What deployment model do you support for a Tier-1 institution?

Three tiers: SaaS (shared infrastructure), Enterprise SaaS (dedicated Azure Blob/SharePoint within your tenant), and Enterprise PaaS (fully dedicated multi-cloud environment, client-held keys, all PII in your tenant exclusively). Most Tier-1 bank deployments use Enterprise PaaS.

The client-facing portal is fully branded under your institution’s identity — logo, colour scheme, domain, and mobile app all reflect your brand. SideDrawer is not visible to end clients. The setup is completed during onboarding and requires no ongoing white-label maintenance. For Enterprise PaaS deployments, the entire infrastructure runs within your cloud tenant.
Prospects receive a one-time authenticated document request link — no account required. Submitted documents are captured in a vault that transitions to a full client vault upon onboarding completion. The advisor’s dashboard shows completion status across all active prospects alongside existing client vaults. No re-collection or migration is required at conversion.
Every document interaction — upload, download, view, share, e-signature, deletion attempt — is logged with timestamp, user attribution, and device metadata. The audit trail is immutable.
